A Powersports Entry Level- Service Technician at Eagle Mountain Powersports is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing products sold by the dealership. They conduct thorough inspections to identify any issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and diagnose and fix mechanical or electrical problems. Communication with customers about necessary repairs and costs, as well as maintaining detailed records of all work performed, is essential. Adhering to safety standards and staying updated with industry trends and technologies are also key aspects of the role. Collaboration with other team members ensures efficient and effective service delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and other issues that may arise, and overhauls Powersports vehicles
Perform maintenance and/or repair on any products, such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid level checks, to keep the vehicles or equipment in good working condition. This includes Motorcycles, UTV's, ATV's, Dirt Bikes, Jet Skis, Personal Watercrafts.
Maintaining detailed records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and direction
Operates in compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures set by Eagle Mountain Powersports
Staying up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies
Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance was effective
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Technical and/or Mechanical abilities
Familiar with product lines sold in dealership
Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) Graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred
Valid driver’s license
Ownership of tools
