ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming phone calls and internet leads regarding Powersports Vehicles.

  • Manage and convert internet sales leads to drive customer loyalty.

  • Confirm appointments and maintain follow-up

  • Effectively communicate with customers via their preferred method (phone, email, text) to ensure a positive experience.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication over the phone and via email.

  • Use exceptional email and writing skills to communicate effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about incoming and outgoing inventory and utilize software systems to locate vehicles efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough customer information in the system through diligent data entry.

  • Leverage your knowledge of all powersports to assist customers and close sales.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

·         Experience in internet sales, ideally in the powersports industry.

·         Exceptional listening skills and phone communication abilities.

·         Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)

·         Energetic and Outgoing Personality

·         Strong knowledge or passion for powersports (Motorcycles, UTV's, ATV's, Dirt Bikes, Jet Skis, Personal Watercrafts.)

·         Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
